After winning best national lamb sausage paid Crimea Quality Meats a visit and bought some of their lamb, fetta and chives sausage as well as their sundried tomato and cheese beef sausage. I can taste now why their lamb sausage won best in Australia. Absolutely superb! And as for their sundried tomato and cheese sausage which I was told was best as a breakfast sausage, oh man, that sure hit the spot. Million times better than any of the supermarket stuff. Best Butchers in Perth. These guys are top notch old school butchers, friendly and always ready for a joke. I've been shopping here for years. BBQ sausages are the best I have ever tasted. They also sell a good variety of different sausages, including duck and truffle, camel, wild boar and alpaca when available. They make old school rissoles (like my Mum used to make), that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Beware though, once you have tried their food you won't be able to stay away.
